1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The request is made within 30 business days from the date of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all original tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • You can provide valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

  • Items marked final sale, custom-made, or non-returnable are excluded unless they arrive defective or incorrect.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

  4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier, preferably UPS, to the address below.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Recommended carrier: UPS, to ensure tracking and secure delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will receive an email update regarding the status of your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  • Notify us within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, detailed description, and photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
